Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at TFG. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across various departments.

Your primary focus will be on analyzing existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions that enhance production output, and developing methodologies to automate routine tasks.

You will also work closely with our Work Study Analysts to ensure accurate measurement of production sequences and timing, and optimize workflows. In addition, you will provide informal training or coaching to the team to enable them to improve performance and fulfill their potential.
