Project Manager

**What's the role?**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Execution of live In-Person, Hybrid, and Virtual event production plans, interpret creative campaign elements into event related collateral, create and deliver experiential/hospitality moments while managing the related budgetary and contractual disciplines as directed by Client Service Directors, Senior Project Managers, and other key team members.
- Prepare detailed event production plans, onboard and manage the portfolio of talent venues, and supplier partners from creative concepts through to onsite live event production delivery.
- Oversee and provide solutions on show content (graphics, presentations, video, technical elements, etc.)
- Direct and support creative contributors from script writing and show calling through to design and layout production.
- You will manage presenters during technical briefings, platform orientations, rehearsals, recordings, and live events from remote or studio locations, or event venues.
- You will create show documents, including rehearsal schedules, technical scripts and timetables, etc. and ensure media assets are properly organized and distributed.
- Take responsibility for the logistics and production planning and roll-out for a portfolio of client projects from initial production launch through to final wrap-up.
- Ensure project budgets, planning schedules, production delivery, and internal platforms are current at all times.
- Contributing to daily meetings, client liaising, and updating all parties on project activities, including attending regular status meetings.
- Analysing project deliver towards client feedback/reviews and supplier/partner reviews.
- Build strong working relationships with key industry suppliers and production partners.
- Contribute creatively and constructively to pitch and proposal related activities.
- Fulfil all aspects of the agreed scope of work for the client timeously and to a standard set within the company as per defined Excellence and Playbook guidelines.
- Providing innovative and creative ideas to clients.
- Communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Manage and support project co-ordinators and other team members from Digital, Design, Production, and Finance.
- Ensure all finance related requirements are fulfilled accurately and timeously across all projects.

**Boxes to tick**
- 3-5 Years experience in Project Management
- Experience working on corporate and international brands.
- Outstanding organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects.
- Work within a deadline driven environment and be detailed oriented.
- Experience working with Magnetic, Hubspot and Office365 Suite would be advantageous.
