**Restaurant Supervisor**

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Restaurant / Food & Beverage Supervisor;
- At least 3 years experience in hospitality;
- Good F&B knowledge;
- Strong leadership and people skills;
- Ability to adhere to all health & safety practices;

**Responsibilities**:

- To provide an efficient and friendly service to customers in all areas of the catering operations;
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer requests & complaints
- Coordinate and work closely with the kitchen;
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations;
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste;
- To report any customer complaints or compliments and take some remedial action if at all possible;
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the staff;
- Good food and beverage (F&B) knowledge;
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills;
- Ability to adhere to all health & safety practices;
- High levels of personal hygiene;
- Respond to customer requests in a professional and timely manner;
- Ensure that work area complies with the highest standards of cleanliness;
- Ensure that customers are served in a professional and diligent manner;
- Plan and set up for special events;
- Work closely with the Village Manager and the finance department monthly inventory.

Public Holiday and Weekend work may be required.
