**JOB SUMMARY**:

- Main purpose of position:
- CipherWave is a South African Internet Service Provider (ISP) that provides businesses with a range of solutions to help them connect, communicate, and collaborate with their customers, employees, and suppliers We own and manage our own network infrastructure, which enables us to provide efficient, speedy service and support that our customers can count on 24/7.
CipherWave, is looking to hire a Product Lead to contribute to maximizing sales and minimizing loss by managing product lifecycle and developing pricing strategy.
- Responsibilities and duties:
- Managing Product lifecycle
- Managing Product Pricing
- Co-ordinate pricing updates from suppliers
- Manage Internal Projects for the CTO
- Facilitate the development of new products
- Implementation and continuous improvement of Product KPI’s
- Product Launches
- Build Awareness and understanding of Products
- Desired skills & experience- Understanding of internet service provider products and services on network, cloud, voice and security
- Good communication (both written and verbal)
- Must be able to adhere to the company Vision, Mission and values at all times in a responsible manner
- Must be well spoken with extremely professional telephone skills and manners
- Experience working as a Project Manager
- Experience working on Billing, Reporting and Auditing of Products/Services
- Experience in maintaining an active Communication channel to Staff / Partners / Customers
- Ability to facilitate training sessions with Partners / Customers and Staff
- Minimum experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ work experience in the telecommunications industry
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience in Project Management
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience in working with Suppliers and Customers
- Minimum qualification:
- Matric Certificate
- Additional requirements:
- Must have own transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to travel
- Must be a South African Citizen
