**Responsibilities**:
**What You’ll Do**:
Strategic Project Planning & Execution
- Spearhead the creation of detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Manage the execution of large, complex deployments, ensuring KPIs, timelines, and reporting are on track.
- Drive new products development through the product lifecycle.

Risk & Issue Management
- Proactively assess risks and challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to keep projects on course.
- Champion risk management governance and drive accountability across multiple initiatives and programs.

Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization
- Lead the way in implementing best practices for project management, constantly improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, ensuring every project delivers measurable results.

Effective Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Articulate complex project updates and solutions clearly and confidently to senior executives (e.g., Director, CTO, Studio Heads, etc) and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy, ensuring transparency and alignment with all key stakeholders.

Leadership & Team Empowerment
- Mentor and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Lead PMO initiatives, drive project governance maturity within the department, and offer guidance to other project managers.

Financial & Resource Management
- Drive benefits realisation, track costs, and ensure resource allocation is optimised to maximize project success.
- Manage project resourcing and work closely with stakeholders to ensure costs are kept within budget and deliverables are achieved.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 6 years Project Management experience with a minimum of 2 years technical experience
- Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification BSc./ BCom./ Business Diploma / Adv Management Diploma
- Relevant certification, e.g. Project Management Professional (PMP), Masters in Project Management, Advanced Management Diploma

What we're looking for:

- Expert knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or IT Delivery Cycle
- Expert knowledge of software project management delivering high complexity projects with global stakeholders
- Good technical understanding of all platform interdependencies across Gaming products
- Exposure to multiple PM Methodologies Customer service experience
- Dealing with multiple project deadlines with strong problem solving skills
