**Requirements**:

- Proof of minimum a Grade 12 Certificate.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Computer Literate and Communication and written English and a little bit in Afrikaans skills.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Managing reservations through various booking platforms at a 4-Star Guest House.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving any issues.
- Overseeing daily operations and staff performance.
- Handling check-ins and check-outs.
- Assisting with revenue management and maintaining inventory.
