As a Legal Intern at Remove Debt, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment. You will work closely with our experienced legal team on a variety of tasks, providing you with exposure to different areas of law and the day-to-day operations of a legal setting.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct legal research and analysis using various resources (e.g., online databases, case law, statutes).
- Draft legal documents, including memos, briefs, contracts, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Organize and manage case files and documents.
- Attend client meetings and observe legal proceedings (if applicable).
- Support the legal team with administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or equivalent. [Specify year of study Preferably - 2nd or 3rd year.]
- Strong academic record.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
