ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT / GIRL FRIDAY - KYA SANDS - R15000
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounts payable as well as accounts receivable principle
- Capturing of expense invoices
- Creditor’s reconciliations and creditor queries
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts data
- Prepare and maintain various reports
- Maintain accurate ageing reports
- General office administration duties including filing, safeguarding, and archiving of company records
- Assist with any other duties as assigned
- Experience in PASTEL / SAGE and good Excel Skills
- General Office Administration
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be tax cleared with SARS
- Must be able to start as soon as possible
- Contactable references required
