Duties/Pligte The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

- Developing multi-disciplinary AWEI programme and project plans that directly link to the overall strategy of the Institute;
- Developing fundraising proposals for projects that contribute to AWEI's Theory of Change through multidisciplinary research and engagement;
- Oversight of and accountability for project implementation;
- Building and engaging with networks of researchers from all related disciplines to participate in project and programme multi-disciplinary implementation;
- Coordinating outreach activities;
- Project and programme reporting;
- Organisation level M&E, learning and impact reporting, developing, testing, and revising Theory of Change and impact assessment in delivering multidisciplinary approaches for conservation and inclusive economic outcomes.

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
- Master's degree, with relevant experience in a wildlife economy-related field, e.g., conservation ecology, policy, law, finance, wildlife economics, or related field;
- Africa-wide conservation-related experience;
- Experience in multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary approaches to building wildlife economies;
- At least three years' experience in programme and project management;
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation;
- Exceptional writing and communication skills;
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
