Job Match Qualifications NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in Computer Science OR NQF 4: Grade 12 in Information Technology Experience
5 years experience.in IT Technical Support Management.
Or
7 years’ experience IT Technical Support Management. Certifications / Professional Registration Basic certification in operating systems optional/ Basic software development language certification.
