Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Technician based in Midrand. The Technical Support Technician will be responsible for assisting clients with technical issues, providing software support, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The role includes resolving technical inquiries, coordinating with other teams for issue resolution, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with resolving system hardware or software issues
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant technical certifications or a diploma in IT or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in the security solutions industry or similar is beneficial
