Support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations across all F&B outlets—restaurants, bars, banqueting, and room service.
Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing service team to deliver excellence in guest engagement and satisfaction.
Assist with menu planning in collaboration with culinary leadership, focusing on quality, consistency, and innovation.
Manage inventory control, supplier coordination, cost analysis, and budgeting to drive profitability.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in every F&B area.
Monitor guest feedback and operational metrics to continuously elevate service standards and team performance.
**Experience**: 3-5 years in an F&B supervisory or assistant management role within a 4- or 5-star hotel or luxury boutique property.
**Leadership**: Demonstrated ability to develop, motivate, and manage staff in a high-pressure hospitality environment.
**Financial Acumen**: Skilled in cost control, budgeting, and stock management.
**Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities.
**Education**: A qualification in Hospitality Management is preferred—but strong operational experience will also be considered.
**Software**: Familiarity with industry-standard systems like Opera, Micros, or similar hotel F&B software.
