To assist the 3rd Party Department by supporting warehouse operations with stock tagging, quality control, and
accurate checking of goods. The role ensures that all incoming and outgoing stock is properly tagged, verified,
and maintained in line with company standards, thereby supporting efficient operations and accurate recordkeeping.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum Grade 12 / Matric.
- Prior warehouse experience preferred, ideally in stock control, tagging, or quality checking.
- Experience with scanners or warehouse management systems will be an advantage.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with stock tagging and labelling to ensure items are correctly identified and traceable.
- Perform quality control checks (QC) on goods to confirm they meet company and client requirements.
- Verify stock against delivery notes, invoices, and system records.
- Assist with the receiving, sorting, and storing of goods in designated warehouse areas.
- Report any stock discrepancies, damages, or quality concerns to the 3rd Party Supervisor.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety standards, and warehouse operating
procedures.
- Support other warehouse duties as required, including picking, packing, and dispatch preparation.
