Executive Producer

Coordinate and manage the station’s on-air team (ie. content producers and presenters)
Manage, oversee and ensure the smooth running of the delivery of all on-air content
Oversee and monitor all on-air content output
Manage the day-to-day operations related to on-air, production and imaging of the station
Ensure that the station’s programming supports the company's strategic direction at all times
Conduct daily debriefing sessions with the on-air team (presenters and content producers)
Constantly monitor on-air features and amend accordingly in-line with programming objectives
Ensure that the music remains consistent with the station’s brand positioning and programming objectives
Liaise with and brief the on-air team on all advertiser related activities ie. outside broadcasts
Ensure efficient execution of all outside broadcasts and on-air interviews
Required
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Excellent computer literacy skills
Excellent organisational skills
Adequate related experience
Radio programming knowledge and management experience
Knowledge of radio program styles and audience demographics
Proven management and leadership qualities
The ability to promote and foster teamwork
