Inherent requirements:

- Matric
- Diploma and/or Degree
- 2 to 3 years working experience in administration within a training and project management environment
- Advanced computer literacy skills

Duties and responsibilities:

- Maintain existing training /course materials and ensure curriculums are updated and valid as per the relevant legislation
- Improve and/or modify existing course material based on Quality Assurance and facilitator feedback within 2 weeks of receiving feedback
- Provide course material support to business as and when required
- Monitor expiry dates of accredited material and save the modified accreditations on the shared drive
- Collect suggestions regarding improvements to be made from trainers and business
- Give the team feedback on the suggestions received and follow up on the progress
- Keep records of the received and implemented suggestions
- Maintain document systems and administrative processes on the shared drive
- Act as first line of support for branches where users may require training and coaching on existing functionalities (without making any amendments to existing materials/functionalities)
- Effectively respond to materials support queries, resolve issues directly where possible and escalate to the Quality Assurance (QA) team withing 48 hours of receiving the query
- Maintain a library of multimedia and support materials that is readily accessible to users
- Determine new requirements from facilitator feedback and provide the input to the QA team
- Send weekly reports (course materials outdates, updates and the queries received) to various stakeholders
- Develop ideas for content as and when required
- Assist in developing the content calendar
- Quality assure all learning materials
- Coordinate the development of materials
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Moderators to ensure materials meet internal and SETA or QCTO quality standards
- Updating the materials register
