- Gain an expert knowledge of the functionality and capability of the Business System
- Define business requirements
- Mapping - Business System to business requirements
- Implement Business System. Includes but not limited to:

- Project lead
- Requirements Analysis
- Configure System
- Train user on System
oSupport System
- Business owners
- Key users
- End Users
- A solid knowledge and skills to perform SQL coding (mandatory) for:
oSelects, updates, joins
oScripts
oSQL views
oQuery analysis
- Data Migration scripts
oStored procedures
oTriggers
- Provide technical specification for implementation
- Understand, follow and implement various customer change control processes
- .Testing

o.System testing
oData testing
oProcess testing
**Qualifications required**:
B-Eng Industrial Engineer
B-Com Information Technology
Specific ICT courses related to Projects and Systems implementations.
Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in implementing complex Business Systems.
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to communicate with customers
- Self-starter and finisher

oAlthough you will get guidance initially, you will not be baby-sat to get work started and to get work completed.
- Responsibility

oYou will be responsible for your own world. This includes performing work, feedback loop to customers and team management, project deliverables, managing allocated resources for project delivery.

oLead role
oResource role
- Ability to work under pressure on deliverables and support requirements.
