**Descriptions**:

- Build up a strong network of contacts in the industry to find the best possible fit for open positions.
- Use e-recruitment platform to advertise job vacancies as appropriate.
- Resolving applicants’ concerns by providing them with information about the hiring process.
- Interviewing and screening applicants to determine whether they are qualified for a position.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Building trusting relations and inspire relations amongst the internal and external stakeholders.
- Driving the automation/optimization of e-recruitment platform and processes.
- Develop consumer-facing content across a variety of segments to publicize the company's vacancies

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant Tertiary Qualification - ideally in Industrial Psychology, will be to the incumbent’s advantage.
- 2-3 Years’ experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.
- Experience with HR E-Recruitment software such as Simplify, Careers 24 etc.
- Excellent knowledge of the **sourcing **process including various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, etc.
