We are currently looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team.

The position will be on a 3 month contract basis(with the opportuntiy to become permanent).

We are looking for someone that is well spoken (English and Afrikaans), energetic and eager to learn.

Roles and responsibilities:

- New business development (predominately within the construction industry)
- Developing and improving the company's social footprint
- Coordinating the hiring process with our clients
- Negotiating terms
- Relationship building with our stakeholders

The position will start off on a highly lucrative commission structure and flexible working hours.

Training will be provided.

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Roodepoort, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
