You need to be an effective problem-solver, communicate well and be able to build relationships with colleagues and clients. If you have 10 (ten) plus years’ experience at a senior level in a truly fully integrated ad agency, produce great work and are looking to grow your skills and that of your peers, your brands and your agency, this is the place for you.

**Responsibilities**:
Conceptualise and execute award-winning creative ideas - whilst leading and mentoring a team of seven plus creatives
Rollout of campaigns across all touch points of the digital eco-system
Knowledge of best practice for different communication channels (TTL, social, digital, video, print)
Take ownership of brand/s CI and evolve visual identity where necessary.
Interact with other agency teams/ divisions to develop creative concepts
Art direct and oversee photo shoots
Responsible for seeing the idea through the creative process to final sign off
Work to brief and show understanding and relevance to the target market
Manage and art direct designers, animators, copywriters and other specialist creators who may be sub-contracted as required
Work closely with and report directly to EXCO yourself in the medium term - with a view to reaching the pinnacle within the agency in the longer term

**Required**:
Relevant tertiary qualification
Ten years' experience as an art director in an accredited TTL agency - of which at least five years leading an agency creative team
A conceptual approach to communications
An understanding of communication brand strategies and how to translate into effective advertising
A work ethic that will motivate your team to reach levels of excellence they have not yet achieved during their respective creative journeys
