We are seeking highly motivated **EDRS Specialist** to join a new campaign launching February 2025. This is customer-facing role, you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

As a vital part of our team, your role will involve reviewing, managing critical documentation to ensure accuracy and maintain a strong relationship with all medical professionals and valued clients. You will collaborate with US based doctors, coroners, and the state authorities to ensure deaths are registered promptly and accurately.

**Key Responsibilities.**
- To work closely with family care teams and doctors to review and verify documentation, and to correct any inaccuracies.
- Efficiently register deaths with state authorities and promptly share permits with the team.
- Communicate effectively and professionally to support efficient case management
- Prioritize and resolve cases methodically, addressing the oldest ones first.
- Recognize and address potential issues early, taking corrective action as needed.
- Build strong working relationships with doctors and nurses, fostering collaboration and trust.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**:

- At least 2 years in a customer service role or back-office experience
- Administration
- Sales Force
- A strong understanding of the US market is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.
- Proven ability to manage high workloads efficiently.
- Familiarity with various online systems, including Microsoft Office and in-house tools Ring Central systems.
- Competence in objection handling with a natural flair for customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Workdays**: Monday - Friday

**Night Shifts**: 17:00 - 01:00 OR 18:00 - 02:00 (SAST)

Closed on US federal holidays.

**Daylight savings**: 16:00 - 00:00 OR 17:00 - 01:00 (SAST)

**Pay**:From R9000,00 per month
