**Salary**: R9 000 + Night Shift Allowance

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an **EDRS Specialist** to manage the end-to-end death registration process using state-specific Electronic Death Registration Systems (EDRS). You’ll ensure accurate completion of death certificates and permits, coordinate with physicians and coroners, and meet strict filing deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Register deaths promptly and accurately using EDRS.
- Verify documentation and resolve discrepancies with certifiers.
- Liaise with healthcare facilities, coroners, and internal teams.
- Monitor cases for delays and escalate where necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years’ admin, data entry, or customer service experience.
- Healthcare, mortuary science, or public health background preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick learner of new systems.

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer : 1 year (preferred)
