Business Operations Support Admin

The purpose of the Business Operations Support admin role within IQbusiness is an overarching role, which drives to enhance and support areas and processes across the business. The key focus of this role will be to support the Business Unit Leaders, as well as provide the necessary support to Finance Operations Administrators and engage with internal departments within IQbusiness.
**Key Responsibilities And/or Outputs**

**Commercials & Financial Administration**
- Commercial and contract knowledge and vetting
- Process and support Business unit leaders with processing sales and ensure the accuracy of sales and setup to ensure streamlined client and internal billing setup.
- Management of employee’s lifecycle on projects and ensuring the accuracy of data and revenue recognition and compiling Business forecasts.
- Calculating and monitoring project revenue
- Assist with queries relating to debtors’ management, escalating where necessary.
- Tracking and Monitoring of Business Unit’s expenses
- Actively collaborate that all invoicing is accurate.
**Stakeholder management and communication**
- Liaising and updating the Finance and FinOps team on all revenue and invoicing for the Business Unit
- Communicating with third parties, vendors and clients
- Liaise closely across other Business Units within IQbusiness to ensure optimisation of people, client engagements and operations.
**Adhoc projects**
**Business Support Administration**
- Processing of all payment requisitions pertaining to Business Units requirements
- Maintain Data Integrity and system administration for Business opportunities
- Adhoc duties and projects as they arise
**Requirements**:
- Matric
- Diploma or Degree advantageous
- 2 - 3 years plus experience in general and financial administration
- Experience in billing, creditors and debtors, recons, purchase orders and invoicing
- Detail orientated and able to articulate issues, ideas concisely
- Ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Self-starter and out of the box thinker
- ** Advantageous**: Have an understanding of IQbusiness and/or Consulting environments, the Business offerings and how each Consultant can contribute to the organisation
- ** Advantageous**: Have an understanding of the links between components that contribute and/or hinder the Business and organisational performance
