**Recruiter job description**

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join our team As a Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting and hiring talent with the goal to full-fill company's hiring needs.

**Recruiter duties and responsibilities**
- Develop recruitment goals and objectives
- Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies
- Write and proofread job descriptions
- Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.
**Recruiter requirements and qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience as Recruiter or similar HR role
- Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
- Passion about HR and Talent Acquisition methods
- Ability to scan large volumes of resumes.
- Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing
- Professionalism, organization, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, etc.)
- Bilingual - English and Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
**Work Hours**
- Monday thru Friday, between 9am PST and 6pm PST.
- Daily Shifts: 4 to 8 hours.
**Compensation**:

- We offer competitive compensation in USD based on experience and qualifications.
**Work Location**:Remote
