**Introduction**:

- We are searching for Recruiters to grow and maintain existing database of clients.

**Experience**:

- 4-5 years' recruitment experience focusing on the sourcing of specialised industry focus skills.
- Key internal stakeholder management experience focusing on the growth of contractor / contingent workforce headcount and talent management.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, preferably within a recruitment agency or specialised industry focus.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry, including roles, skills, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to source and attract highly qualified professionals through various channels.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth job spec qualification experience by accessing career portals, social media sites / platforms and personal networks.
- General understanding of the basic conditions of employment and the associated risks.
- Strong administration skills / experience with regards to tracking daily recruitment activities and adhering to policies and procedures.
