**Junior Key Account Manager Pure Players**:

- The Junior Key Account Manager - Pure Player is a Cape Town, Remote working based position, to ensure regular engagement with local Pure Players teams. Travel will be required on a ad-hoc basis, as per nature of projects implemented. Limited Regional Travel may be required from time to time.
- Keen interest in Retail innovation to improve customer experience via new online and Omni channel services.
- Growth Hacking mindset and capability, focusing on granular insights, data analytics and continuous process improvement to accelerate growth of the Pure Player channel
- Be Commercially minded, to drive Sales Revenue opportunities across online Pure Player channels
- Strong Negotiation capability essential, to align Pure Play partners and ELC stakeholders (local and regional) in collaborative partnerships
- Solid Project Management capability and experience essential.
- Data Driven focus, with clear understanding of data, analytics metrics and statistics - and ability to identify, align on, and drive key KPIs to capture consumer demand.
- In depth understanding of Consumer behavior via Digital and Social media platform - analyze user behavior and funnel metrics to inform decision and measure success.
- Ability to drive of AARR Framework (Acquisition/Activation/Retention/Referral/Revenue) in close partnership with Pure Player and Brand partners to accelerate conversion of leads into customers.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 - 5 years of experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
