We are looking for Procurement Specialist with 5 of experience in the Mining Sector within an EPCM environment. Our client is based in Weltevredenpark, Johannesburg.

You should have worked for EPCM companies such as DRA; Worley Parsons; SGS; Woods; Senet etc.

Duties
- Compile and manage Procurement schedule (POP) for the project
- Compile enquiry bidders list
- Draw up basic expression of interest (EOI) scope of work
- Mange expression of interest (EOI) process for community involvement
- Compile BOQ’s from drawings for civils, SMP and Piping contracts
- Compile Scope of works and specifications for construction contracts
- Compile key dates schedules from project execution schedule
- Compile enquiry packs with all technical and commercial documentation from discipline engineers and client procurement team
- Issue enquiries on behalf of our clients
- Receive tenders
- Technical and commercial adjudication of tenders received
- Clarification of tenders received
- Obtain all receivable documentation from tenderers to complete the adjudication process
- Compile adjudication (TEAR) reports
- Submit TEAR reports for sign-off and approval

**Requirements**:

- Do you have 5 years in the EPCM environment with exposure to FIDIC, NEC contracts and contract management / administration for the large mining companies such as Anglo, Sibanye, Northam, Impala, Glencore etc
- Can you put BOQ’s, specifications, scope of works and enquiries together, issue and manage the enquiries and do the clarifications, adjudications, collect all the receivable documents and do the TEAR reports.
- Can you draw up and manage the procurement schedule? All procurement and contract management functions.
- Do you have the following Qualifications: Procurement engineer, Legal, QS, procurement/supply chain qualification etc?
- We need someone who is detail orientated, perfectionist, hardworking, diligent, confident, good technical knowledge, quick learner, good people skills, accurate, takes pride in their work, presents work well, neat, and tidy, well presented, well spoken and written etc
- You should have worked for EPCM companies such as DRA; Worley Parsons; SGS; Woods; Senet etc
