BRANCH Network Director - Diesel Engines - Engineering and Diesel engines

**The purpose** of this position is to provide for the planning and execution of the company’s overall sales and marketing strategy and the management and control of the Branch network and ISO division in terms of performance.

QUALIFICATION AND Requirements
- Sales / Marketing Degree or Diploma or suitable work experience in these fields
- Business management or similar qualification
- Minimum five years senior management experience in the fields of technical product sales and/or marketing
- Suitable experience and/or qualification in ISO management would be beneficial

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyzing market needs / trends and forecasting sales
- Monitoring product competitiveness and product pricing
- Implementing national sales programs by developing sales action plans
- Identifying and developing growth capabilities of the business (market identification and viability)
- Providing strategic input to the divisional heads and directors
- Introducing strategies to successfully market Diesel power’ s products and services.
- Co-ordinate, implement and maintain ISO requirements within the company
- Reporting on performance of divisions and branches
- Understanding the business operating market
- Assisting with supplier pricing and pricing strategy
- Analyzing customer and market information and feedback
- Maintain engine population database
- Distribution of product promotional information and updates
