Construction Managers responsibilities include; but not limited to the following:

- Supervise contractor HSE, quality and progress
- Consulting with the assigned Project Manager to seek guidance and input during the key phase of each project.
- Developing new project plans in consultation with Project Manager
- Responsible for the flow of information from the project manager to the executing team
- Manage progress of the project and to provide reporting updates to Senior Management
- Produce and manage program trackers
- Make the necessary arrangements/amendments for the project completion based on specifications of the project owner
- Compile and manage all project handover documentation
- Compile progress reports for all Stakeholders.

- Previous experience in Retail Construction / FMCG / Forecourts / Retail Oil Industry

**Requirements**:

- Applicable Licenses
- Tertiary Education: Degree or National Diploma - Civil engineering, building or construction management
- ECSA or SACPCMP will be an advantage.
