Your role
As a CRM specialist, you'll be a key player in our technical team, working on a diverse range of projects that connect business systems and streamline operations. You'll collaborate with developers, strategists, and other team members to architect, design, and implement visually stunning integration solutions for our clients.
Key responsibilities
**Architect complex integration solutions**: Design and implement advanced multi-platform integrations with HubSpot as the centrepiece, connecting with DocuSign and enterprise systems
**Develop advanced HubSpot workflows**: Create sophisticated HubSpot workflows leveraging conditional logic, custom properties, and advanced segmentation strategies
**Lead API integration projects**: Develop custom API integrations using REST/SOAP protocols, with particular emphasis on the HubSpot API ecosystem
**Design and implement JSON data transformations**: Create robust data mapping solutions between systems with complex JSON structures
**Implement AI-enhanced solutions**: Incorporate AI tools into workflows to create predictive, adaptive business processes
**Provide technical leadership**: Mentor junior team members, lead solution architecture discussions, and establish integration best practices
**Drive strategic improvements**: Identify opportunities to improve clients' business processes through innovative automation solutions
Bonus skills
Experience with HubSpot Enterprise features and custom integrations
Knowledge of DocuSign API or Juro integration capabilities
Background in JavaScript, Python, or Java development

Who we're looking for
Five or more years of experience in integration and automation development
A portfolio showcasing a strong foundation in system integration and a diverse range of automation projects and AI script knowledge
**Deep HubSpot expertise**: Extensive experience with HubSpot workflows, custom properties, and the HubSpot API ecosystem
**API integration mastery**: Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful API integrations with proper authentication, rate limiting, and error handling
**Technical proficiency**: Comfortable working with JSON, webhooks, and data transformation
**Problem-solving mindset**: Ability to diagnose complex integration issues and develop effective solutions
**Project leadership**: Experience leading integration projects and collaborating with stakeholders
**Strong communication skills**: Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
**Continuous improvement focus**: Commitment to ongoing optimisation and automation innovation
