We’re seeking **Senior Community Care Workers** (SCCW) to take the lead in providing practical and emotional support to adults with a range of physical and mental health conditions, such as Dementia, Alzheimer’s Disease, Diabetes and so on, from the comfort of their own homes and community. As a SCCW, you will also supervise, support, and motivate a small team of dedicated and exceptional care workers. Some other care duties may include:
- Developing relationships and liaising with external health care professionals such as GP, social-workers, or community nurses.
- Ensure the care team adhere to policy and procedure guidelines, whilst upholding our core values
- Conducting service user reviews and updating care plans and risk assessments.
- Completing spot checks to ensure compliance.
- Supporting service users to access their community, e.g., shopping, appointments
- Assisting service users with personal care & household tasks e.g., preparing meals, administering medication
**What do we require from you?**
Ideally, we’re looking for an adaptable, friendly, and patient individual, with proven experience and knowledge in management and similar care roles. You will need to be a qualified health/care professional, who is able to read, write and speak English. You will also need:
- A valid international driving license
- Evidence that you have at least £1270 available to support you when you arrive in the UK
- A valid passport
- A clean criminal record certificate
- To fund and secure travel arrangements to the UK
- Fund your own accommodation
- A car in the UK

**Salary**: R1 634 143,68 per year
