1.Responsible for the management of daily operations and results of operations;
2.Complete the operation and management targets of the region in charge;
3.Implement and track the implementation of the regional operation system and personnel training, and evaluate the implemented results;
4.Timely discover, coach and supervise regional problems, determine improvementmethods and track progress,collect various problems in the region, coordinate various functional departments of the enterprise to provide asisstance needed by the region;
5.Implement the opening process of the new store to ensure smooth opening and operation of the new store;
6.Recruit and interview store staff in the region, ensure that there is enough and appropriate manpower in the region, coundseled and supported operation supervision and leadership in the region and establish a team with good coordination and cooperation.

Job Requirements;
1. Higher Education, marketing is preferred.

2. 2 - 5 years working experience in marketing operation management,food and beverage industry is preferred.

3. Proactive, goal oriented, communication and team building skills.

Pay: Up to R18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban North, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
