For our subsidiary in Century City, South Africa, we are looking for a

**Technical and Sales Support (M/F/d)**

**Your Tasks**:

- The Development of new products and the reformulation of existing products for sale by the employer to the employers customers/Agents
- To except development briefs from sales/agent and customers and work with NPD to develop products that meets the requirements of these briefs
- To produce samples in the employers test kitchen or such other facility as is made availible to the employee
- To assist in the implication of recipes and procedures to use the employer’s products at the customers production facilityies by conducting trails
- To assist customers at their premisses with problem solving using the employers products
- To draw up the product spesification, ingredient and label declaration for the products in ine with the legal requirements while safegaurding the employer’s know how
- To promote the employers products when the opportinity arises
- To safegaurd the raputation of the employer by ensuring the correct use of the products by customers
- Generally to act in a matter that serves the bet interest of the employer and any other tasks related to this position
- Such other tasks nessessary for the conduct of the Employer;s Business as the Employer may from time to time direct

**Your Profile**:

- You are a Food Technologist or Food Scientist with relevant professional experience in a comparable position.
- You are interested in food technology and the development of new, creative ideas excites you.
- You bring a high level of enthusiasm and curiosity for food processing with you
- You have good communication skills and a structured way of working
