IT Project Manager

**Responsibility**
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within cost and of excellent quality.
- Initiate and drive processes in the organization to achieve the project targets
- Create a detailed process based on internal defined milestones to track progress to the plan.
- Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Timeline Management: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and critical paths, and ensure timely execution of all project tasks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, clients, and project teams, ensuring transparent communication.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with stakeholder expectations.
- Reporting: Generate regular status reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
- Release Planning: Coordinate with development, QA, operations, and product teams to plan and schedule software releases.
- Release Coordination: Manage the end-to-end release process, including scheduling, coordinating, and ensuring the successful deployment of software products.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation for release processes, configurations, and any other relevant materials.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that releases meet the required quality standards, and that all testing has been completed before deployment.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyse release processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Project management or higher
- 5 years of Project Management Experience in Software Development
- Certified Scrum Master certification is advantageous
- Deep understanding of Agile software development practices.
- Carry out projects, broad in nature, from beginning to end in coordination with internal and external contacts.
- Strong organizational, project management, and leadership skills to prioritize, coordinate activities, manage conflicting needs, and deal with many issues at one time.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Regional or Global experience is a plus.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of the release process are executed correctly.
