The IT Change Manager has responsibility for all IT change management activities to ensure that the business is adequately prepared for the changes and managing the successful adoption of the changes. The IT Change manager will also play a key role in ensuring projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Leading the change management activities within a structured process framework.
- Designing the strategic approach to managing change and support operations that fall within the domain of change management.
- Evaluating the change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk.
- Supporting training and communication as part of change management. Activities may include designing or delivering specialised training resources to appropriate end users.
- Evaluating the risk of change and providing actionable guidelines on reducing the impact.
- Evaluating resistance in adopting the change at the user, process, and technology level.
- Managing the change portfolio, which allows the organization to prepare for and successfully adopt the change.
- Authorise minor change requests and coordinate with the Change Advisory Board (CAB) for changes presenting higher risk.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the decisions and performance related to the change request.
- Establish and manage CAB meetings across the global regions.

**Salary**: R45,000.00 - R70,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Power BI: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

- ITIL 4 Foundation (required)
- ServiceNow ITSM (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Rosebank, Gauteng: Relocate before starting work (required)
