**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Keeping the bar & floor area clean at all times.
- Stock enough clean, polished glasses for service & the next shift. This applies as well to the end of your shift.
- Fetching ice for barmen
- Removing empty glasses from scullery and any items bar related
- Clean all bins inside and outside
- Clean all shelves and pack all bottles properly facing the guests.
- Clear any empty bottles and glasses etc. on the bar area.
- Record any breakages or missing items and wine corks to management.
- Keep the bar organized, make sure all different wines, beers etc. are separate, so that your stock count will be accurate.
- Prep your section with enough cocktail condiments please report to management if out of stock.
- When repacking your bar always use stock rotation to ensure stock moves and beers are readily cold
- All glasses to be packed on counter and all bar matts rinsed and left to dry
- Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as per operational needs and per Management request.

**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role.
- Experience in dealing with high volume, in a similar environment would be preferable
- Strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail and process driven;
- Self-motivated with the Ability to multi-task
- Discretion and integrity
- Stress tolerance
- Decision-making
- Professional and friendly. (Even in tough situations)
- Effective communication skills with guests and staff.
- Quick thinking and a team player.
- This person will be for employment in a position of trust and honesty and entails the handling of cash
