**Job description**

Ensure effective and efficient management of the Field services operational requirements through the use of available resources. To support both internal and external customers according to STOWE policies and procedures. Extended working hours are fundamental requirements. Contractual understanding, Quality Assurance implementation and customer consultation. Mentorship and guidance of engineers & technicians.

**Position**: Field Services Coordinator

**Location**: Centurion, Gauteng

**Key Responsibilities**:
**INCIDENT MANAGEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION** - 60 %
- End to end management of OSR process
- SLA management
- Resource management
- Escalation management
- On-Site Request analysis and interpretation
- Joint response management
- Stock management and requests
- Fieldmetrix and documentation validation
- End to end Project management and reporting
- Installation planning
- Installation resource management
- Stock management and requests for installations
- Field Metrix and documentation validation
- Provide guidance to technical team
- Management of skill levels within team (training)
- Upward feedback

**ADMINISTRATION & TOOL MANAGEMENT - 20 %**
- Administration to be completed as per internal policies and procedures
- Validation of team admin as per internal policies and procedures
- Boot Stock Management and reporting
- Hardware Tools
- Software Tools

**HSSE REQUIREMENTS - 10 %**
- Understand HSSE and PPE requirements
- Implement and drive HSSE in teams
- Implement processes to keep Safety File updated

**Working Hours**:

- 08h00 - 17h00 (rotational & occasional overtime).
- Standby on a scheduled rotation.

**Company Benefits (after permanent appointment offered)**:

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
