We are a leader in the Insurance sector based in Umhlali who are renowned for our innovative value-for-money products and world-class services looking for a Commercial Broker to join our team.

Basic Salary : R8000 - R15 000 p/m (Depending on experience)

Commission - Month to month roll over basis (Uncapped commission)

**The key outputs for this role are as follows**:
The role will involve new business sales of short-term business insurance products.

Client service and management.

High level performance.

**Build your own insurance portfolio by**:
Being able to prospect for new clients through networking, Cold calling and introducing yourself to business owners.

Effective communication with both internal stakeholders and clients.

Conduct a comprehensive risk evaluation for the client.

Providing solutions to clients by selling short term products aligned to the needs of the client.

Drafting, tracking and measurement of your personal business plan.

Developing internal/external relationships with clients.

Keeping abreast with the commercial lines insurance market changes and developments.Achieving/Exceeding targets consistently.

Providing feedback to line management when requested.Adhering to all quality standards and measures in place.

**Requirements**:
Matric.

Must have a minimum of 2 years recent face to face commercial / business development or sales.

Strong ability to generate own leads / cold calling and relationship management.

FAIS credits.

RE5.

Must have your own reliable transportValid driver’s license

Pay: R8 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
