We are seeking a dedicated **Textile** Department Supervisor to oversee our canvas production department.

**Responsibilities**:
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the **Textile **department, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and effectively.

Manage a team of sewing machinists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to optimize productivity and quality.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards to ensure a safe work environment and consistent product quality.

Collaborate with other departments such as printing department and cutting department to streamline processes and address any production challenges.

Monitor equipment performance and maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed to minimize downtime.

Provide stock counts on raw materials and supplies necessary for canvas production, maintaining adequate inventory levels while minimizing waste.

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall department performance.

Provide daily feedback on daily production outputs and inventory levels.

- Reliable and punctual with own reliable transport to and from the Factory.

5 - 10 year experience in a sewing department environment.

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in têxtile or canvas production.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve production goals.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on continuous improvement. Solid understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control principles Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
