With operations across South Africa, our client is a well established real estate services business that provides bespoke property and facilities management services to both private and listed clients.
Joining their brilliant team, you will take full charge of all administrative matters relating to a commercial property portfolio based in Gauteng.
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

- Tenant queries
- Reconciliations and processing adjustments
- Drafting leases, addendums, and concessions
- Carrying out TPN checks
- Attending to all maintenance issues, from opening job card to ensuring completion of work by contractors
- Budgets administration
- Management report administration

To be considered for this role you will need to have 3 years of experience in a similar role, a relevant tertiary diploma/degree and sound knowledge of MRI property software.
