Are you detail-orientated, tech-savvy, and eager to learn? Join us as an Intern Data Validation, Data Cleaning and Support Agent and gain hands-on experience in maintaining data integrity, supporting users and contributing to operations. This role provides a structured, full-time experience over a fixed period, equipping you with valuable skills for your career.

This is a fully remote position that can be done from anywhere within South Africa.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Validate and organise data based on company standards.
- Clean and ensure accuracy of information and data in systems.
- Provide technical assistance and customer support to app users.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality agreements.
- Complete all assigned tasks promptly and accurately.
- Carry out any additional ad hoc tasks assigned by the department Team Lead.

**Requirements**:

- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- RSA citizenship
- Access to a PC or laptop with a second screen and reliable internet connection.
- Proficiency with technology and the ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer support, help desk, or similar roles is advantageous but not required.

**Work Schedule**:
Must be available Monday to Sunday for at least 40 hours per week, with the ability to choose shifts that suit you according to departmental and capacity needs between the hours of 07:00 and 18:00.

**Job Types**: Temp to perm, Learnership, Internship, Graduate
Contract length: 15 months

Pay: From R6 000,00 per month
