**Key Performance Areas**:
**Strategy Development and Implementation**
- Provide reports and analysis to support and contribute to the development of the sub-functional digital strategy in line with the overarching business goals
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to enable the regular review of the sub-functional strategy, roadmap and performance to ensure its alignment with the changing dynamics of the internal and external ecosystem
- Plan the sub activities of the strategy focusing on partner service and platform launches by OPCOs and post launch performance management
- Ensure effective implementation of sub-divisional activities by means of providing details, measurements, OpCo support, timeline management and tracking

**Operational Delivery**:
**Product Management**
- Manage the development of the Video portfolio by ensuring Video partners are sourced and launched by Opcos
- Conduct research on various platforms to source the optimal Video content
- Provide guidance for partners to ensure right content is sourced for the right markets
- Assist partners in executing Video content aggregation
- Create and manage the content calendar and strategy that covers all Video related touch points
- Manage collection of Video content from all stakeholders and content owners within MTN operations and ensure alignment to content calendar and strategy
- Working with content owners to ensure that Video content is always relevant and up to date
- Manage alignment and synergy of content across Video touch points

**Go-to-Market**
- Support and contribute to develop clear, concise go-to-market strategies that drive new customer acquisition, effective service usage, cross-sell, and retention for each of the products and services
- Manage product/service launches and ensure they are correctly targeted to defined customer segments (i.e. may vary across geographies)
- Update products and services information on advertisements, channels, FAQs, and on necessary POS materials for various sales channels and events
- Develop with SM Video a playbook detailing the 4Ps that are critical to successful performance of Video vertical
- Products and services - platforms, stand-alone Video
- Pricing for services - subscription fee, data & subscription packages
- Promotions and marketing for services - digital social media
- Place of distribution for services - MTN Play 2.0
- Obtain & ensure alignment and buy-in from OpCos on the GTM (4Ps) for the Video vertical to enable execution
- Develop and socialise a marketing and campaigns Playbook to provide guidance OpCos
- Develop, socialise, and implement central marketing campaigns for new service, existing services and for key seasonal periods to drive growth
- Drive delivery & execution by the Opcos

**Digital marketing**
- Support to develop and then socialise, and implement a digital subscriber acquisition playbook for all OpCos
- Support the development and manage the delivery, execution, and monitoring of the digital marketing campaigns to acquire subscribers
- Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns for subscriber engagement and retention
- Provide input to digital marketing campaigns and initiatives from Video partners
- Drive and oversee digital marketing campaign plans and discussions by partners for Opcos
- Ensure improvement of existing processes and procedures to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and performance
- Manage delivery & execution with the Opcos

**Product Discovery Management**
- Provide detailed guidance on discovery journey for Video on MTN Play 2.0
- Manage and enable content partner ingestion by drafting requirements and project managing implementation
- Establish & Maintain Video quality/process standards that will enhance the customer experience on MTN Play 2.0
- Ensure standard operating procedures are adhered to
- Manage & Maintain the Video content hierarchy, usability, and users’ requirements and needs
- Communicate the consequences of not maintaining Video quality/process focus
- Improve Video channel processes and procedures where the quality of work may be improved
- Ensure visibility of Video product offering on the MTN Play 2.0 platform across the Opcos & through the Manager Video

Customer Satisfaction
- Manage & Ensure alignment service delivery to changing needs of the business and markets (Opcos)
- Manage & Ensure customer needs are understood and develop and fine-tune initiatives accordingly
- Manage & Ensure customer needs and requirements are satisfied through appropriate systems, processes, and procedures
- Drive continuous improvement as an important element of service delivery
- Develop trends and patterns pertaining to customer requests and endure needs are identified to continually improve all aspects of service delivery

**Workflow / project coordination and planning**
- Develop & Manage a calendar that aligns Video roadmap with Opco timelines and ensure roll out of services by Opcos is aligned with Video and Digital str
