The FTTB Project Leader provides Service Delivery support for customer deployments for Fibre to the Business.

**Role responsibilities and key focus areas**:

- Customer liaison
- Scheduling Skills
- Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word)
- Co-ordination of customer installations (scheduling and working with various suppliers/third parties)
- Customer oriented with a desire to provide customers with exceptional service
- Preparing, Planning, Executing Projects
- Administration within our various internal systems (MSPI, Siebel)
- Drive delivery of all projects within customer committed turnaround times
- Coordinating multiple projects
- Job allocation, managing resources, provide feedback to the customer, managing SLA source project resource and obtain all the approvals, invoicing and handover
- Ensuring proper Service Handovers to customers
- Recording and managing all complaints and escalate, where necessary, to reach resolution.

**Technical Skills and experience**:

- Matric minimum requirement
- At least 2 years’ experience working with Fibre administrative support
- Working with Multiple Providers/Vendors
- Experience working in the telecoms industry
- Ability to build good relationships
- Previous experience in customer service /Project Coordination Environment
- Computer and telephone skills
