You will work closely with the Group HR Director to ensure an efficient recruitment process while contributing to the long-term development of the HR function. The position requires a combination of skills, knowledge, and behaviours to succeed in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.

Qualification and Experience
- BCom Degree in Human Resource Management
- A proven track record in sourcing and recruiting roles.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector is essential, as you will be responsible for finding talented individuals who will drive the company's growth.
- Knowledge of relevant legislative acts, such as BCEA, EEA, and LRA, is essential
- Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel are necessary for success in this role.

Key Result Areas
- Align recruitment strategy with business strategy, Employment Equity Policy, and B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice through collaboration with Business Unit Heads and Line Managers.
- Determine effective recruitment methods, maintain an organized applicant database, conduct interviews, document the process, and utilize assessments and testing. Track hiring metrics.
- Ensure alignment of remuneration structures, employee benefits, and performance-based incentives with organizational objectives. Lead structured intern recruitment, career fairs, talent pools, and support succession planning.
- Manage administrative tasks such as staff requisitions, job descriptions, advertising vacancies, reviewing applicants, coordinating interviews, and completing reference checks. Timely completion of recruitment-related reports, offer letters, and contracts.
- Develop strategic partnerships with recruitment agencies, negotiate terms and fees, educate agencies, analyze performance, and ensure compliance with B-BBEE requirements.
- Assist with HR projects, ensure timely project delivery, and actively participate in the digitization of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Conduct ongoing research, stay updated on legislation, attend relevant training sessions, and review best recruitment practices to drive the development of the recruitment function within the organization.
