Creditors Clerk

**CREDITORS CLERK**

The overall objective of a Creditors Clerk is to provide bookkeeping and clerical support to all

financial functions.

**Responsibilities**
- Capturing of Supplier invoices on system
- Create Supplier accounts on system
- Check and reconcile Supplier statements
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly payments due
- Prepare and forward remittance advice to suppliers
- Filling
- Sundry reconciliation
- Address Supplier queries

**Qualifications**
- Matric
- Computer Literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
- Advanced Studies (Tertiary Diploma/Degree) advantageous

**Experience**
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience

- Excellent administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High levels of accuracy
- Able to work well with a team and under pressure.
- Must be diligent and time competent in order to meet deadlines.
- Must be client service focused (internal and external).
- Must be honest, reliable and trustworthy.
- Must maintain high levels of confidentiality
- Be willing to work flexible hours.
- Be willing to perform duties on weekend

**Salary**: R30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kraaifontein, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelors (required)

**Experience**:

- Creditors Clerk: 5 years (required)
