Future Leaders will be selected for a two year graduate program and placed in different divisions depending on your choice of career. In the divisions you will have access to some of the best minds in the business, acquiring valuable new skills and being part of high deliverable projects.

As a Sales Graduate, you will work alongside Sales and Marketing Managers to manage your own mini portfolio of Infectious Diseases and Anesthesia brands.

**Role responsibilities (What you can look forward to learning)**
- Acquire detailed product and clinical trial knowledge.
- Arrange appointments with key doctors, pharmacists, hospitals and theatre medical teams;
- Make presentations to doctors, medical personal for key identified brands
- Be well organized and have a high work ethic.
- Plan work schedules, weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the sales manager.
- Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings;
- Create quarterly territory action plans

**Education, Skills and Experience Required**:

- Business/ Health Sciences Degree
- Computer proficiency in MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Post Graduate qualification would be an advantage
- Ideally some prior exposure to Sales/ Marketing
- Previous learnership experience or SMART course will be advantageous
- Drivers Licence

- Pharmaceutical Selling skills
- Pharmaceutical product and market knowledge
- How to create and drive a territory action plan
- Understanding of the healthcare system in South Africa, specifically in the field of critical care: Infectious diseases and Anesthesia
- Stakeholder networking with Specialists in the Critical Care Field
