A well-established hotel group is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented **Internal Auditor** to strengthen financial controls, ensure compliance, and safeguard assets across multiple properties. If you have a strong background in hospitality finance and internal auditing, this opportunity is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:
Plan and conduct internal audits across hotels, regional offices, and head office, focusing on cash management, procurement, payroll, and operational controls.
Perform remote audits, including expense claims, petty cash, and rewards programs.
Present audit findings and recommend corrective actions to management.
Ensure alignment of internal controls with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Conduct quarterly balance sheet reconciliation reviews and report discrepancies.
Provide training to hotel and corporate staff on financial procedures and policies.
Participate in special projects, investigations, and process improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:
✔ Minimum **5 years’ experience** in hospitality finance at an **Assistant Financial Manager level** or in **hotel auditing**.
✔ **Bachelor’s Degree** in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✔ Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risk.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
✔ Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
✔ Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
