Managing, executing, and enhancing the internal process, ensuring compliance with the relevant quality management standards.Planning, preparing, conducting, and following up on internal audits, preparing for external SANAS assessments, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the BEE verification agency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Internal Audits**:

- Plan, prepare, and execute scheduled internal audits of management systems and technical processes.
- Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with approved audit schedules and methodologies.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting non-conformances, observations, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- **Quality Management System (QMS) Maintenance**:

- Develop, revise, and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with F120 and R47-03 standards.
- Monitor adherence to documented procedures and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure that quality documentation is updated, controlled, and accessible.
- **Special and Technical Audits**:

- Conduct special audits and technical assessments as required to address specific quality concerns or operational challenges.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of technical processes and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- **SANAS Assessment Preparation**:

- Coordinate preparation activities for SANAS assessments, ensuring all documentation and processes are audit-ready.
- Manage the resolution of non-conformances raised by SANAS, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions.
- Serve as a key point of contact during SANAS assessments and external audits.
- **Ethical Standards and Conduct**:

- Demonstrate high standards of conduct, ethics, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information or audit findings.

**Skills and Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of B-BBEE verification processes, SANAS R47-03, and ISO 17021-1 requirements.
- Proficiency in conducting management system and technical audits.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- High ethical standards and discretion in handling confidential information.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Internal Auditing, Quality Management Systems (QMS), or a related qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in quality management preferably in a BEE verification or compliance environment.
- Familiarity with SANAS accreditation requirements and related standards.
- Proficiency in audit software and quality management tools.

Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
