Mission and responsibilities
Develop and present client strategies to meet their e-commerce needs
Execute the e-commerce strategy by engaging the right resources and/or implementing the plan
Ensure and measure the e-commerce campaign success; implement optimization actions when required
Ensure client satisfaction
Ensure optimal delivery
Collaborate with specialists across Havas
Engage and leverage partners (vendor services, content creation, logistics, media)
Provide support in new business pitches when required
Contribute to the development of the e-commerce expertise at local level
Prepare and present e-commerce best practices and case studies
Previous experience and industry background
Seven-plus years professional experience in e-commerce
E-commerce, retail, brand, advertising

**Qualifications and languages**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing or advertising
