**Requirements**:

- Completed Degree or Diploma
- 5-8 years experience in business development and sales in the technical training industry
- Min. of 2 years experience in Transformation/BBBEE (non-neg)
- Strong knowledge of BD, marketing strategies and brand expansion
- Staff management experience
- Proven track record of sales and projects
- Strong cold calling and telephone skills & ability to close deals
- Client relationship management
- Must have corporate sales experience (B2B sales)
