**Maintenance Coordinator**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- As a Maintenance Coordinator you ensure that the information present on computerized maintenance system is relevant, accurate, and up to date
- You issue and control preventative maintenance work orders on a monthly basis, ensuring that these are completed and handed in at end of each month, including capturing all completed PM’s and job cards timeously onto the system
- Liaise with your manager and other departments to ensure all outstanding activities are completed with no back logs and follow procurement process to create order on SRM
- Retrieve and analyze information extracted from maintenance system in conjunction with line manager, including artisan utilization, trending of breakdown as well as down time
- Furthermore, you ensure the record keeping of documents and generating monthly reports that encompasses all maintenance activities
- You are responsible for general maintenance and repairs to plant, equipment and buildings which includes management of maintenance contractors onsite and permit to work system
- You adhere to SHEQ and Site procedures and ISO9001:2015 quality system

**What makes you great**
- A Trade Qualification in Boilermaking, Millwright, Fitting or Electrical would be achieved by you
- You gained 4 years of working experience, factory maintenance experience would be advantageous
- You possess knowledge of hazards associated with gases and gas equipment and factory machinery and equipment
